Physical Description:

• Flowers: The tree produces small, fragrant, and cream-colored flowers that grow in clusters.
• Fruits: The fruits of Terminalia catappa are drupes that resemble almonds. They are usually 1 to 2 inches (2.5 to 5 cm) in size, have a green outer covering, and a hard, woody shell inside. The seed within the shell is edible.
